Returns & Exchanges

At LVAD Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original condition with tags attached into the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
